The Borough of Bound Brook requires businesses operating within the Borough to obtain a mercantile license. This license helps ensure that businesses comply with local regulations and supports a safe and thriving business community.

    Establishment less than 2,500 square 

    feet - $275


    Establishment 2,501 to 5,000 square 

    feet - $325


    Establishement 5,001 to 10,000 square feet - $375


    Establishment greater than 10,000 square feet - $500


    Prepackaged Food - $100


    Monthly Late Fee failure to renew license by due date of January 31
