• The Zoning Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the Borough’s zoning regulations to help ensure that properties are used and developed in accordance with local ordinances.
• The department assists residents, property owners, businesses, and developers with zoning-related questions and applications. Responsibilities include reviewing zoning permit applications, proposed property improvements, changes in property use, signage, fences, sheds, additions, and other projects that may require zoning approval.
• The Zoning Department also provides guidance on zoning requirements and works to promote responsible development that is consistent with the Borough’s land use regulations and community goals.
